    I lie on the rug and sometimes use a pillow under my back for doing sit ups and things, helps a little bit.

    So after only completing the dvd once....pathetic arent I lol. I'm going to start again this week, I pulled my hip out in the snow pulling our little girl along on a sledge (obviously used muscles I havent for a while) so now its healed up it's time to sweat!

    It made me want to cry lol! I've now borrowed my little sisters weights (she doesn't know she's at uni!) so need to start again although cant do the press up bit cos of dodgy wrist so will have to do sit ups or something instead
