Keep at it J-o, it will take time to start to show the results, you might still be carrying water weight, also hormonal times of the month can have an effect on it. It isnt a magic pill that will make it all drop off straight away, it takes time and effort i'm afraid, but it will be worth it.
As they say slow and steady wins the race x

I think 5lbs in 2 weeks is great!! I know how hard I have had to work to loose 2.6lbs this week, being good food wise and all the exercise, it is hard work!!

I ate 1350 kcals most days and 2 kettlebell classes, and 2 Zumba classes (4 hours active exercise) plus normal house stuff..

What kcals are you eating at moment?

Doc said to me when started that min loss each week was 500g as that way you will loose the targeted amounts when they come due at 5% at 3 mths and 10% at 6 mths. Any extra over that amount is a fab bonus!

    week 13-16 = lost 3bs total 2 stone 2lb
    week 17 = lost 3lbs total 2 stone 5lb

    mini goals
    to get under 19stone done
to get under 18 stone 7lb done

You don't need to work harder, j-o, just keep doing what you're doing. 2.5 pounds a week is great, you're in it for the long haul and if you keep up that rate you'll get there in no time. Don't change it, just keep going!

    ha......
that's a good weight loss you need to understand this, because it'll not always be as good as that no matter how hard you try!..
I followed this diet through to the letter, and took 30weeks to get to ware I wanted to be!!.. please have a look at my weightloss chart you will notice I weighed weekly and on several occasions had to endure weeks of no movement before things started to shift again!... getting through these times that were the hardest!..
I've said this many times now.. try not to obsess and slip in to some kinda level zone and the time will whiz by!..
4 1/2 stone I lost but took 30 weeks ... that's a long time and if you count the days prone to fail!...
these pills would be as valuable as gold if they were a magic answer for losing weight, but follow the guide lines and stick with ya friends on here "this summer will be a great slimmer one"
    (promise)....
