Thread: bad diet day!

I've not taken my tablets for a week cus I've been feeling ill so today I've eaten tonnes of buffet food and chocolate cake and Im going for a harvester!!!! Ahhhhh i did measure myself today tho and I've lost 4 inches from my stomach so i deserve it .... Hmm :/

Four inches that's great. Enjoy your harvester and hope you feel better soon to get back on plan.....you know it makes sense

I deffo enjoyed the harvester ... Back on the diet.tomorrow and start the tablets again on Monday .. Deffo paying for all the naughty food now!!

it's horrible climbing back on!.. Christmas was a nightmare for me, and I've not long managed it!.. tut
but on a + side not gained a lb ... phew
