Trying again

Hi all
Decided ongoing to try 5:2 again. Didn't work for me in the past due to lack of focus/will power & determination. Also I think I was trying to do too much as I was doing smoothies & juicing veg/fruit and would always go over my calories & think "sod it, I've gone over, I may as well pig out" but that attitude stops now.

Today is my 1st fast day, wish me luck ?

Good luck!!

It's my first day too but I'm not too sure if it'll end up a fast day as I'm meeting a friend for lunch, will see what's on offer. Hope you have a lovely day :)
 
Good luck Happybunny & all who are starting today

So far has been good, I had a shake for breakfast. 200cals & been drinking water all morning. Feel like a water balloon.

I have home made soup slow cooking, 250 cals.

Now my question is, is it 500 or 600 cals on a fast day? I thought it was 500 but have read in various articles 600. I'd like it to be 600 today cos if not I'm having fresh air & celery for lunch ?
