After a roller-coaster year I have piled the weight back on :-( daughter was diagnosed type1 diabetic almost a year to the day and has been on a LCHF diet for just over 6 months. It's working so well, meanwhile I am stuffing my face with cr#p :-/ oh, I had a tooth out last week and have had a killer headache ever since... Feeling sorry for myself!

Today I started back on LCHF and I'm also going dairy/sweetener free as information know this is where I have always stumbled.

I will post all my meals each day, I need to be accountable so if I'm boring you all skip on by, if not please pop by and say hello! I need some company/moral support x

Breakfast: smoked salmon, fried egg & spinach

Lunch: chicken drumsticks, lettuce & mayo

Dinner: pulled pork, broccoli & mayo

Small square 86% dark chocolate. Coffee with coconut oil & coconut cream.

Thanks Dietninja!

Actually went slightly over on my carbs yesterday by having a massive plate of green beans, doh!

Aching from pilates but doing another session after my breakfast has gone done.
Day 3 of no sweeteners though cheated slightly yesterday on the dairy front as I baked my fish in a dollop of butter...
Yesterday's menu:
B: smoked salmon, avocado & coconut oil/cream coffee
L: mince & tom/veg sauce
D: cod, king prawns & green beans. 1 square dark chocolate.

The square of dark chocolate is helping keep me on track, I need to try and get more fat in though.

Here to sub. ... Your food sounds yum x

Another day ticked off, had a diet coke, oooppppssss not quite sweetener free but I didn't have any in my coffee.

B: fried eggs, baby plum tomatoes & ham
L: smoked salmon, mayo, cucumber & avocado
D: chicken wrapped in bacon with broccoli

Just remembered I forgot to have my dark chocolate :) getting there! I did have a handful of salted nuts before dinner, I would have normally had a lot more but I weighed them out and stuck with it!

What I have found is that eating this way is easier when you are doing it with someone else. My portions are only a little bigger than my daughter's, she is also happier eating the same as me :)

Hurrah! Subscribing Teeny - I remember you from before. I'm also a lapsed Atkinser just getting back into the swing of it.

Your menus look fab. :)

Here to subscribe. I agree, your menus look lovely. Hooray for fat burning! x

Thanks Spinoza, Blubex & Siobhan for stopping by!

Weekend went well, fell off the dairy free wagon, I think I was using way to much coconut cream! No sweeteners though :) I'm enjoying the taste of coffee now. Saying that I made my daughter these:

I had one, wowsers they are good! If you miss treats and running out of food ideas Google Maria Emmerich, she has been a life saver.

I need to ramp up the exercise this week and get cooking. If nothing else my chins are going :)

Will post meals later, have fun everyone x

Yay for the chin loss!! That's been the thing I've been most pleased about is losing my chins. :) now I wish my bingo wings would start slimming a bit haha!

Thanks for the recommendation for maria Emmerich will have a little look later.

You sound like you're on track. Well done. X

Hey teeny great to see you:). Good news on the chins - must admit I hate my previous face/chins/cheeks/neck!

I'm actually afraid of those cupcakes Teeny! :gimi: Must stay clean and green. Must stay clean and green. :devilangel:

Was right on track until today :-/ the week before TOM is always hell :-(
Anyways! Onwards and upwards, I did a session of Kettlebells (hanging!) as of tomorrow it's clean and green. Nuts have been my downfall but still no sweetener.
Thanks for popping by :)

Good woman for picking yourself up after a little lapse teeney. You've more than redeemed yourself with the kettlebells session too. Good luck getting back on the horse. My plan for this week is ditch the seed mix and up the exercise. Next weekend I need to cut out wine too but it's soooooo hard!!!! Want a loss next Mon though :)

And LOL at your stats - I think anyone with a BMI of 12 is allowed the odd lapse! :giggle:
