Hello. I'm going to start the Atkins diet in a couple of days. I have 2.5st to lose.

Please could you tell me how many grams of fat and how many grams of protein I need to eat a day please. I know I need to eat 20g or less of carbs.

Please could you also give me an idea of some snacks to get in.

Is there a list of foods which all foods we can eat?
My mum said that the Matherson sausages are ok to eat and I can only drink caffeine free drinks.

Any help will be greatly appreciated :)
