Hi everyone

A wee bit about me - I am a nurse from glasgow and looking to lose 80 lbs with Atkins, I have been overweight now for 5 years and have had success with Atkins in the past so I am back and ready to kick butt. I plan to also do the 21 day fix exercise DVD to help me tone up and lose inches :)

Starting Atkins today and so the food plan is -

B: Eggs and Streaky Bacon (Cooked in butter)
L/D: Roast Pork with cauliflower and cheese

and lots of water - will snack on measters and the crackling from the pork if i am peckish.

Today is -

B: 1 large portobello mushroom baked with an egg on top and streaky bacon

L: lettuce leaves stuffed with tuna mayonnaise

D: pork with cauliflower

S: 20g of cheddar and Meatster stick

Lots of water and green tea
 
So today

B: a egg tortilla with mayo and cheese with sreaky bacon

L: pork with mushrooms and courgettes - splash of cream and cheddar

Will update dinner later - pics of food attached
