Hi All
Just posting to say hello, I'm planning to start Atkins tomorrow (my payday!) I've had a go at Dukan before just before falling pregnant with a little success but a baby, a move of jobs and a weight watchers and 2 slimming world attempts I thought I should give atkins a go too. I actually bought the book sometime ago and read it from cover to cover but for the life of me I don't know why I didn't get started but hey ho, I am starting now!
Its been great to read up on diaries and posts. Looking forward to getting started, about to go over and mark my place in the diary section
