    Hi all, I'm thinking of starting Atkins after messing around with slimming world for years. I'm 17 stone and get married in 4.5 months! Is Atkins the fastest way to loose weight quickly? Any tips/success stories to start me off please? Thanks in advance xx

    Hiya, best thing to do is google Atkins phase 1 PDF and that will give you a list of all the foods you can eat. I did lose weight quite quickly and combined with exercise 3 tines a week I toned up nicely which is just as important as the scales... Unfortunately I've slipped off the wagon and put a stone back on, so I'm back ?
