Here is a diary where I plan to rant, share food diaries, weigh in, and other such nonsense!

I will also be detailing my trips to the gym which I've now begun! Xx
 
Thank you so much!! I'm about to get up, have some breakfast and head to the gym, may even talk myself into a swim too, if the pool isn't too overrun with children!!

Today's plan so far is weetabix for breakfast and an omlette for lunch, leaving 600cals for a nice dinner.

Am going to try not to touch my workout cals if I can help it (unless I feel shaky or anything) as would love to have a better weight loss this week! Xx
