Calorie counting my way to a bikini body...

Hello all so a brief introduction my name is Tamara I've been on here for a while but over on the dukan forum I dropped from 14st11 to 10st5 following that plan and I loved the strictness of it all but then last year after coming off it I started calorie counting and dropped to 8st12 unfortunately I wasn't eating enough calories to maintain that weight and had a few silly health problems from it :/ and after a bit of bad news at Christmas I slowly put the weight back on last week I was 10st4lbs that's when I decided enough was enough and I have lost 3lbs since then but I decided Dukan wasn't for me anymore and I want to give calorie counting a go but this time making sure I hit my 1500 calorie a day goal estimated by mfp, I'm off to Tenerife in 11 weeks time and if I lose 2lbs a week by then I can be at my goal weight of 8st7lbs for the holidays so fingers crossed :)
 
So it's Day one and I weighed this morning just to double check my starting weight and yes it is 10st1lb and my official WI will be on a Saturday morning from now on I haven't planned my whole days meal yet but I'll be having special K with skimmed milk for breakfast :) if anyone has any good suggestions for nice low cal meals please feel free to let me know? thank you x
 
Mmm BNS wedges sound yummy. Im addicted to sweet potatoes :) Todays diary looks great so far, im here to subscribe x
 
I gave the same goal as you. I also have a holiday coming up. Im 9.13 you can do it.

So my diary for today goes like this:

B: Porridge
L: Prawn mayo sandwich, apple, grapes
D:Dukan Stew

So my bf decided to start cal counting with me yesterday and joined mfp and that made me reevaluate my goals on there because they were wrong and my calorie allowance for my goal is 1200, also yesterday we decided to be a bit naughty foodwise before starting properly soo first weigh in tomoz prob won't be great but I'm still going to weigh because i'll know what I've lost in a week for next Saturday then :)
