Im a newbie!! Any calorie counters here?! X

Hello everyone! !
Ive just joined this site and I think its gunna be very good for me!! In the past year I've lost 3stone and 7lbs.
Im still trying to figure out how to share my photos on here. Lol!!

Im using myfitnesspal to have a 1200 daily calorie allowence.
I was hoping to make some diet buddys and to find some new healthy dinner ideas as im getting very bored of the same stuff all the time

I'm not the best at giving advice as I've only been calorie counting for 2 weeks, but all the advice and help has been great!

Hi, I'm doing rosemary conely which is the same thing really 1400 calories a day and less than 5% fat! I lost 2.5 stone since joining in sept but over Christmas put 7lb back on
I'm back in the zone today and would like to loose at least another 2 stone by the summer!
Well done on your huge weight loss!
I also use my fitness pal app. Great way to keep track of all those calories. I need some new food ideas to keep my going too. I'd love to hear what your eating for ideas too.

Hello!!

For dinner inspiration I always go online and look for meal planners on different supermarket websites. Tonight we're having a delicious sausage pasta bake from the sainsburys site. Most of them have the calories on too which I don't normally find on other sites! Also diet sites like sw and WW sites. I particularly like SW site (my iPad memory is taken up with screen shots off their website!)
