6 weeks till holiday and I have to lose at least 2 pounds a week.

Would love to buddy up with someone for a kick up the bum and some motivation.

yes two pounds a week for me too.

I will weigh in every Sunday.

today I've done aqua zumba. not eaten yet. we are out for dinner later so will gave lunch about one which will be egg and soldiers.

I tend to have Greek yogurt for breakfast and had with blueberries and a drizzle of honey. Skim milk in tea.

Just done some gardening.

Lunch is grilled fish and salad.

Tonight I'm going out and not sure on dish. It's a Caribbean restaurant and likely to have veg or fish to keep the calories down. I have about 800 cals to play with.

I weigh on a Thursday
 
greek yogurt is lovely except I tend to have it with granola which is so high in calories. maybe I'll try it with honey and berries.

gardening is good. you will burn lots doing that.

omg I can't stop thinking of granola now.

I'm going out quite a bit this week and dreading it in some ways. Don't want to blow it and want to be control.

I went out tonight and had veg curry and rice, diet coke. Then had a rum and diet coke. I think I was under allowance.

Tomorrow's another day!
 
That sounds good. I'm sure that you have stayed under.
not sure what the food plan is today yet.
I'll skip breakfast though. probably just have lunch and dinner

good luck. you can do it. am seriously considering doing a shake diet with normal food in the eve.

I just had bread for lunch now I'm really craving something sweet. was thinking a shake would take the need for bread at lunch away

Hi Lisa ,

I've tried shakes good way to loss quickly but as I have a lot of weight to lose I'm hoping that 1-2lb will be easy. I won't be anywhere near a target weight before my holidays I wish lol id have to lose 8lb a week & that's just not possible :) let me know how you get on with your shakes though x
 
I will let you know ive read lots of bad reviews so may stick to normal food. when do u weigh? I weigh on a Sunday x

Can I join you guys? I'm a bit of a struggler/restarter but I'm off on hols in 11 weeks and would love to have something off by then. Think calorie counting is the way to go as i can do it for free and still have the odd treat :)
 
Good luck ladies, I've decided to give calorie counting another go and hoping for 2lb a week :) I'm using my fitness pal to keep track, just been out to stock up on some lower calorie treats and weightwatchers bread ready to start tomorrow.
