Hi, i'm new to this and i know there are like a million similar posts to this but i couldn't find one with stats similar to mine and a have a few questions.

I'm 22, 5ft4 and currently around 11st. I've got my first appointment set for Friday, but I was just wondering if anybody had started at a similar weight and if so, how quickly did you lose it?

Ideally, i would like to lose 1.5 to 2 stone within two months, however i am going to have to have a couple of naughty days due to certain trips i have planned. Is this likely to be achievable?

I would really, really appreciate some help please. :):):)

I would say an average weight loss is 1 stone per month, with a little bit extra the first week because of water loss. That said the weightloss is slower the nearer to goal you get. I think your goal is about right in the timescale you have. Good luck.

At 100% your targets are attainable, just be weary that those 'naughty days' will kick you out of ketosis so those weeks will be lower or sts :)

It depends how "naughty" you plan on being. I had a friends birthday party this week, and ate pulled pork in a seedy bun with tons of sweet chili sauce. Plus nearly half the bowl of pork crackling. Two cup cakes and a slice of cheese cake. I was pretty damn naughty. But I still lost 3lbs. I sometimes think a bit of food helps wake your metabolism up. But I know, that if I hadn't eaten all that, I would have lost more. So I am just prolonging the diet. The more I eat, the longer I can't eat...if that makes sense!

So just be sensible.

And I've lost basically 2 stone in 2 months. I lost two weeks in the middle because I went on holiday, but then lost all the holiday weight in a week. But ten weeks into the diet I am exactly 2 stone down!

So your target is very achievable. Good luck!
