Second week!! lost 5lbs :D really happy!! X

Thank yooou! I am so chuffed, i was worrying that i hadnt lost much atall, but very pleased! The weigh in definately motivates you doesnt it! How are you both getting on? Hmm as for rewards i usually have a list as long as my arm of things i would like haha last week was a new top and going to have to have a think for this week:) any ideas countrybumpkin? X

:) I am only in week 1, day 3. So far so good i have had headaches but not unbearable and helped with paracetamol. I actually feel HUGE though, with all the water i am drinking, i cant see how i will possibly weigh less than i did cos water is very heavy isn't it?

ooh rewards ........ God i am bad, i can only thing of food/booze related ones

I'm not sure, Cambslass. What kind of things do you like? Maybe a nice, fruity face mask, a bubble bath and a manicure? Something to celebrate the beauty of you!

All that water does take a lot of getting used to, froggy. I could hear my insides sloshing for the first month!

Face mask!! Yes!! Brilliant idea! Abit of a pamper!! My skin could definitely do with a bit of pampering! I heard that the skin is meant to clear up butttt my face seems to have turned into a game of dot to dot haha :( not good, hopefully it will clear! How do you reward yourself countryb?
Froggylegs..that made me laugh! Thats what i was thinking..but DOH! it will have to be something else haha!
Its really strange that im not craving or wanting "bad" food, i just keep thnking of sweet potato's and salmon and grilled banana sprinkled with cinamon mmmmm haha *wipes drool* x

I don't, really! I just keep on going. I have three jobs (one full time, one part time and freelance work on top) so I'm kept very, very busy. I work so hard because I have debts to clear, so spending money on something to make myself feel good isn't really going to feel good at all, because every time I do that then that's another piece of freelance work I have to find and do. It all sounds a bit depressing when I write it out like that, but there we go!

My skin went a bit crazy at first too. In the beginning I had super smooth skin but, by about week two, I was breaking out all over. I heard it's just the diet forcing the toxins out of your body though, and of course your skin is the best way to do that. I'm not saying this explanation is necessarily accurate, but it makes sense to me!
