HI folks,

yesterday I saw or thought I saw a thread where everyone posts their daily meal combinations.
I can't find it anywhere now.

So if it exists can you help me find it, or shall we start a new one? :talk017:


Yesterday I had:

B: Tomato Soup
L: Choc Mint Icecream
D: Mango Icecream


So far today:

B: Chocolate Icecream
 
I'll go. The flavors in the US are a bit different.

Yesterday:
B: Chocolate shake (I always blend mine with ice - is this what you are calling ice cream?)
L: Chicken soup
Snack: Chocolate mint bar
D: Eggnog shake, sprinkled with nutmeg
 
Hi Tilly, how are you making ice cream?

I put loads of ice in my blender with 250ml of water and a shake pack...makes a lovely runny ice-cream. makes me think I am not drinking a shake, and it takes longer to drink too, which helps me.
 
Ooo Eggnog?? I tried the eggnog from the US once...I got a whole tub of it, but it wasn't very nice :(
 
Eggnog!!! That sounds amazing!! I wonder if there are any spices we could add to one of the shakes over here to make eggnog!

I will have to get some ice & try ice cream myself.

Is it bad that I genuinely can't remember what I ate yesterday? Not even if it was 2 soups & a shake or 2 shakes and a soup....... All the days are blending in to one!
 
Hi - I'm a bit boring and predictable, but these are my most favourite:


B - mango/ choc tetra
L - Oriental chilli / chicken and salad / tuna and salad
T - Lemon bar

If desperate I will have a 4th sachet according to cravings I.e. hot chocolate mint, or another soup.

Seems to be working for me!

Would be fabulous if they made mango as a tetra pak!!
Or even Soup tetra paks!!

I'm thinking I will use an extra shake if I get a craving. Better a shake than a bar of choccie eh? lol
 
Yes, I'd vote for a mango tetra pack! Or a mango and yog/white choc bar. Yummy!


The option of a 4th really keeps me focused. I hate going to bed feeling antsy so sometimes it's all I need. I often make up just half, and that does the trick too.

It seems to be working for me :)
 
Your 42lb loss is testament to that!!
What time do you take ur shakes at?
I'm going to try spicy vanilla icecream later with a nutmeg and cinnamon.
 
Thanks! :) I have my first at 12, then 4ish, then 7. I've never been a breakfast eater, so it suits me to eat later on like this.

No4 at about 9.30/10 if I get the late night munchies.

Yesterday I had: Breakfast at 9, apple and cinnamon porridge
Lunch at 3, lemon yoghurt bar
Tea at 7, strawberry blended with loads of ice

Today I had B: apple and cinnamon porridge and nothing else yet.

Prior to that I had not been having anything until around 1pm but wondered if it was better to kick start my metabolism early so I am going to try and have an early product for the next week or so and see if it increases my weight loss
 
Yes, I've already had 2 meals and its only 3pm.
I'm struggling a little today in terms of not thinking about food.
I'm keeping my water up a lot.
 
I think you have to eat when it's right for you. I have zero evening willpower, so my timetable suits me :)

I've discovered the joy of the summer fruits powder which I put in a tiny bit at a time into ice cold sparkling water.

I'm finding 2 litres goes by in no time and tastes lovely. It also stops me eating ;)
 
I run up and down the stairs 3x ( after I've been to the loo!) and then do 10x sit ups. Then I paint my nails. Then I wash things. Crazy!


Well done on the water though - fab :)
 
I brought in the washing and I swear I am peeing every 5 minutes...At this rate I will run out off toilet roll within a day! lol
