Switching up SS and Step 2

Hiya,

New to the forum. Been on CD for 3 weeks now, lost 14 pounds :) Mt cdc suggested is tart off on Step 2 but i was wondering if i can switch up Step 1 and Step 2 every few days?

I do ss+ rather than ss, but have step two days and this doesn't seem to have made a difference. I do this because I do quite a lot of exercise, and sometimes body tells me I need a few extra calories to get me through!

I have done ss in the past but have experienced no difference in weight loss between ss and ss+, so I'd rather do ss+ :)

Do you know why your consultant suggested starting on step 2? Was there a specific reason you should or did she just think it was the plan that would suit you best?

If it's any help I've done my whole CD journey on step 2, losing 3st10lb in just 14 weeks! I did SS a few years ago and MUCH prefer step 2, wouldn't go back to SS now :)

I feel I may feel the same when my 12 weeks of ss are up - not sure I could just do the week of step 2 and motivate myself to go back down!!! X
 
Hi there , I am also starting on step 2 , I just had my first weigh in and lost 2.6 kg, my counselor suggested step 2 because I go to the gym and my body mass index is 26, so not too much weight to lose , about 10-15 kg to be on the lower healthy side, what is your goal ? How much have you lost on step 2 so far?
