11 weeks til wedding!

Hi everyone
I'm new to the boards but a restarter on CD albeit haven't done the diet for over 5 years.
On day 2 of sole source and finding it surprisingly easy!
I get married 11 weeks today - Saturday 24th May.. How much can I expect to lose by then? I weighed in at 15.3 on Thursday.
It's been great reading through the posts on here!

I would say you are looking at about 2 and a half stone if you stick to it. You may lose a little bit extra in the first week, but I find it averages out at 1 stone a month from then on.

You'll easily be in the 12 stones by then. I started 03/01 at 14.12 so similar weight and I'm now 12.10 9 weeks later. That's also with 2 sts weeks. Good luck. X
