Howdy!

I'm getting married in a few months and I had a baby recently so I am starting cambridge officially on 11/8. I need to get into a nice wedding dress fast!

I want to keep my calories to a minimum in order to drop a few pounds by monday. Does anyone have any tips? Also has anyone done step 2 instead of 1 and still had fabulous losses?

Good luck! I've done Step 2 since the start and am delighted with my losses. It's different for different people though and I personally didn't want to cut out food altogether. I would take some 'before' pictures though, I wish I had. I've gone from a size 16/18 to a size 14 and possible 12 depending on the store in just a few weeks! so if you've already got your wedding dress you may want to take that into consideration! My only tip is that whichever step you decide on, you have to stick to it 100% and then it will work for you. :)

Oh, another thing that worked for me was a list of goals, lots and lots of them in my case (about 30!) that will keep you motivated. Some were just things like to get to notch 4 on my belt, completing 10 days in a row 100% and things like that as well as the actual amounts lost. For me, having another thing to cross off helped me loads, but again it's different for different people.
