On off on off on off

Hello All,

I have been on and off CWP for a long time. I go off and try all other diets but I AM A PIG!! I cannot stop myself from over filling.

So Im back on CWP and I need your support!!!

I am currently deciding between step 2 and step 3.

I am 11st2 and 5'3. I want to be 9stone and I want it by Christmas.

Any top tips to stop me from diving head first into the biscuit box the second I get home from work??

Do SS+. I was never able to properly control myself between Step 2 and 3. I was either on food or I wasn't.

I liked step two because I was having the three products and a protein and veg meal so I didn't feel deprived. Also if you do step 2 you are still in ketosis so won't get the hunger to cause the biscuit barrel diving! Step 3 was harder because there are carbs in there and you have to control your carb demon.

The losses between step 1 and 2 don't vary wildly. So I'd say step 2! Good luck!
