Zero Noodles 810kcal

Hi,

Back on Cambridge starting Tuesday (on hols at the moment but have emailed my consultant from here to book!) I can't face SS again but think I can manage it if I get real food for dinner. I notice no one has brought up shiritaki/zero/miracle noodles. Under 10kcal per serving and no fat or carbs. Can we eat these? Will it throw you out of ketosis? I have had them on other diets and don't mind them. It seems the ideal resource for Cambridge unless I am missing something?

Feedback greatly appreciated!

Never even heard of those. They may come in handy if we are having friends round and doing an ss+/810 day. Where do you get them? Xx

Hi guys hope you don't mind me jumping in ? I have seen the zero noodles in holland and barret they are not cheap about £2 for a packet, and i do know allot of the guys on the slim and save site use them , i think for those times of desperation they can be a good idea , they shoudn't affect ketosis they are carb free and kcal free !

Thanks Julie that's useful. Just thinking for emergency dinner parties that's all x

You could also use them in the thai soup to bulk it out , i have used the soups as a sauce before now on chicken and just served them with greens x
