Hi guys,
Anyone starting SS on or around the 7th? Would love to hear from you and support each other along the way! I did Ss a few yrs ago and lost just over 2st. Put it all back on and then some! Ideally would like to lose 3-4st. Recently married ?and trying for a baby and at 37 need all the help I can get so losing this weight is a must!!

Hi, I'm restarting on the 7th. I think I may do ss+,
I initially started last year but stopped after a week but I'm determined this time.
I'm hoping to lose 2-3 stone. I'm 5.6 and probably weigh around 13. I'll weigh myself when I'm home on Monday.
Maybe we can be of support to each other

Yes let's support each other...I'm determined too, and in a sick way looking forward to starting!! I'm meeting my consultant eve of 7th so will start on 8th. Keep in touch and best of luck!! Xxx

Im the same as you, did it last year for 6 weeks lost 2 stones then stopped put it all back on and now feel really fat and bloated. I really wanna start i have a weeks worth so want to start but like u dreading it! I hate to think what i weigh.

I'm starting on Tuesday so I'll weigh on the morning and see what damage I need to sort out.

I started SS Thursday, currently on day 4 and feeling positive. I'm being a bridesmaid in 6 weeks so want to shift some weight ready for the wedding.
Try not to think too much about the withdrawals, once you start you'll be fine! We can all support each other :)

Hi Sophie, you should be able to shift quite a bit in that time. Is this your first time? Do you mind me asking your start weight?

Of course I don't mind :) this is my second time on Cambridge. I started last April at 14st12 and got down to 12st4. I'm starting again now at 12st12. Hoping to shift quite a bit in 6 weeks.

You're not starting until the 8th are you? Is this your first time on Cambridge? It's such a good diet, it really does work!!

I've tried the diet before but only lasted a week, determined this time tho. I'm going to do ss+ so I can have a bit if milk. I think You could. Lose at least a stone and a half in that time.
 
Hi guys, I started on the 2nd and felling good now (wanted to be in ketosis by the time I went back to work) tomorrow!
Hoping to loose 3.5 stone
I did Cambridge last year and lost 6.5 stone but put some back on now! As been a bit too relaxed with myself!

The first week is the hardest, so just keep thinking about how much you want this and keep at it. You can do this! :) I've been told that it's about a stone a month on Cambridge, so a stone and half would be great!!

Know how you feel Vanessa. It is going to be a huge shock stepping on those scales tues morning-I've been in denial for so long! All my clothes are tight and I don't recognise myself anymore :( I am determined thou as I need to do it for my health and get me off to the best start in trying for a baby!
When I did CD last I was single so only had myself to sort, now I have a hubbie so am worried about making food etc for him and being tempted! Everyone's support will help I'm sure!

I'm finding it ok so far, I've surprised myself actually. The weekends are the hardest and I'm looking forward to being in work tomorrow and into routine. I've been having mostly ready made chocolate shakes and rice pudding (which is lovely, you should try it). I had my last rice pudding half an hour ago, and I struggled to finish it because I was feeling full, so that's good! :)

Try not to think too much about getting on the scales. Think about how good you're going to feel in a weeks time when you get back on and the numbers have gone down. You're clothes will feel better in no time! :) good luck! X

I'm glad you're finding it ok so far. I'm hoping I'll be in ketosis by next weekend. I'm planning on having a little milk and a can of tuna so I don't know if this will stop me going into ketosis or not.

You'll probably be in ketosis by then. I don't think the tuna will stop you hitting ketosis - it's on the list of allowed foods. I sometimes have a boiled egg on days that I'm really struggling. I love the rice pudding, I put a little bit of nutmeg on top, it's lovely!
