Working up the steps

Hi

Thought i'd do a food diary type thread for anyone who's interested as i know there's not much to read about once you step up from SS. I start step three today at 11 stone 3.25. I will be doing at least two weeks on step three and then probably the same through step four and five as i have a holiday in august that i want to be at regular food control for.

So day 1 looks like this.

P1: Cambridge porridge.
B: Apple and banana (as snacks through day)
L: Small salad with ff vinagerette dressing
P2: Either a bar or a hot chocolate
D: Harvester - simply chicken. Not ideal but something i couldn't get out of and the best one in line with the plans.

Tomorrow will be more interesting :D

Day two was:

B shredded wheat with skimmed milk
S cd shake
L half tin tuna small green salad
S cd bar
D three quorn fillets, 200g new pots and 80g asparagus with some vinegarette dressing. Was yum x
 
Day three....

B cd porridge with strawberries
S apple and grapes
L quorn fillet with salad
S cd bar
D chicken with brown pasta stir fried with asparagus, mushrooms, green peppers and beansprouts with garlic and crushed chillies.

Day four...

L chicken (70g) with salad and vinegarette dressing
S choc mint bar
D tin tuna with 40g wholemeal pasta and 80g tenderstem broccoli and chilli flakes.

Ur food looks good- I think my fruit is making up for the second shake that I do not have
Funny how I reach for fruit now if I want a snack it used to be junk!!

Thanks hun. Yeah it's the fruit i really missed this time. That and a sandwich which is odd cause I hardly ever have sandwiches lol.

Day five....

B muesli and milk
S choc shake
L 1/3 tin tuna with salad
S cd bar
D prawns stirfried with broccoli and baked potato
 
Day six. Wasn't particularly hungry today

B cd porridge
S apple
L cd bar
S apple. Small banana
D haddock (140g) with baby potatoes (200g) and asparagus.

Day seven was

B cd porridge
S apple banana
L king prawns (70g) with salad
S cd bar apple
D 2 quorn fillets 200g baby potatoes. Cabbage and leeks.

Tough day yesterday emotionally. Lost 0.4 which I'm dissatisfied with. Maybe unfairly I don't know. I battle the whole point of Cambridge at this step. To me I'd rather spend the calories other ways and live normally well te right normal but am still deciding for now.
 
Hey I am here to follow! I was supposed to be moving up to 1000 to make it easier but as I gained (my fault) I have stuck to 810 for a while it makes me think without spending the money on products we could eat 1000 normal food ! Good luck in whatever you do such a shame your disheartened After such a good week xx

Day 8

L 1/2 tin tuna and salad
S apple. Cd cranberry bar
D tandoori chicken (200g) kebabs with brown basmati rice

Dinner was yummy! Pics of all my meals are on my blog, link in sig x

I'm struggling to eat all the food....

I'm under goal 4lb & on 1000... I'm going to try the Cambridge dinners!!! ???

That's not a bad thing hun. I have days like that. Some are hungrier than others. Keep going you're doing great being under goal x
 
Day 9

B cd porridge
S apple
L 50g chicken with salad and vinegarette dressing
S cd chewy bar apple
D harvester simply chicken with plain potatoes and green beans and salad. Vinegarette dressing and salsa
Milk
 
Day 10

B cd porridge and strawberries
S apple. Grapes
L chicken salad
S cd chewy bar. Banana
D cod with baby potatoes broccoli and roasted veg
