I'm over the plateau!!!

I am so ridiculously happy!

Last week I was in tears and so close to throwing in the towel. I had lost 2lbs the week before, and then PUT ON 1lb. I had been following the plan religiously so was pretty devestated.

But went for my weekly weigh in this afternoon and I've lost 7lbs!!!!!!!!!!! I am so ridiculously happy. I am 3lb off losing 2 stone in total. Who'd have thought I could do this?? I certainly didn't!

Just goes to show, if you stick with it, it has to happen

That is awesome - well done! Huge well dones for sticking with it I'd be on a right wobbler, but you proved it can be overcome, yay!
