Goal 2 - to get under 13 stone
Goal 3 - to get to just "overweight" on the weight chart
Goal 4 - get to 12 stone
Goal 5 - get to 11 stone 7 realistic
Goal 6 - get to 11 stone
Goal 7 - get to 10 stone 7
goal 8 - get to under 10 stone (only in my dreams)
