As my weigh in this morning, lost 2lbs, I'm a slow one but at least it's coming off!

Week 1 -5lbs
Week 2 -3lbs
Week 3 -2lbs

I've been 100% Sticking to it, wish it was more
 
I'm back on it!! This should technically be week 4 but I fell off last week so kinda going through week 1 again!! Glad to be back on it though, the carb withdrawal is nasty!! I should weigh on a Thursday but not weighing til Saturday this week as I'm working 12hr day shift tomorrow til Friday. I'm hoping I've at least lost the 4lbs I gained last week, fingers crossed for more!! xx
