Step 1 Sole Source Journey to slimvill

This diary is really for my motivation, and so I have something to look on when things get tough and also somewhere to vent! I would really appreciate any advice and tips anyone would like to share.

Day three: I have had 2 days 100% and each day I have had my quota of water plus black tea or peppermint tea. I had cheeky look at the scales and I’ve lost 2lbs already which is good, hopefully by Monday that will be something more like 7lbs.

Today: Original Porridge and peppermint tea
Strawberry shake for lunch

I'm off to Morocco end of November, I’m hoping to be in the 13’s by then, and officially I’m 15st1 so I'm aiming for a 20lb loss in 6 weeks, is that do-able?
