Step 1 Sole Source New Mindset New Habits

In the last few months, I have been so unhappy and the constant procrastination about getting back on plan made it worse. I considered going at it alone, calorie counting, dukan etc you name it, but when it comes down to fast weight loss with very little effort, Cambridge won hands down. Having a consultant makes it even better.

I have found an amazing consultant you have set me a target and as of right now I'm on plan. I weighed in at 15.1 stone with a goal weight of 8.10 stone. So a target loss of 6.5 st :( He asked me to think of something I have been looking forward to and I said going back to the gym. We agreed to be on plan for the next 25 weeks (175 days) and my reward will be to start the gym regardless if I'm at goal or not even if I get there beforehand no gym until 13/06/2014. The only catch was I will stick to plan. No excuses, trust my consultant and the plan, no overthinking or Procrastinating.

This diary is to talk about my daily experiences be it good or bad for the next 175 days and not about weight, cheating or excuses. It's time to believe in myself, change my focus and mindset. No excuses but I will take it one day at a time :):)

Morning Pink! Wishing you all the very best! I take my hat off to you trying again and especially at this time of year when there is food temptations all around. It is absolutely the mindset that makes the difference to whether one sticks to plan whatever that plan happens to be.

The weightloss on vlcd is definitely faster and the strictness yet simplicity of what one can have almost makes it easier in one respect but as you know it isn't as easy as it is simple! However, you have the mindset and you will make sure you stick to plan. Cheering you all the way!

Wow! That's strange your consultant doesn't want you logging on to here? The support here is amazing and can really help especially one is wavering and can keep you on the straight and narrow. I certainly need it to help with this last 11-12lbs!

Hi Pink, hope you had a good festive season. Pleased you are back and I am sure you will gets tonnes of support from everyone! For 2014 I am replacing the word "trying" with "doing" insofar as sticking to my weightless regime that is! Though I guess I could apply is elsewhere too (like ironing and awful such chores I delay!)

Are you doing Slim and Save or still doing Cambridge? (your profile stats show SnS but your original post said you were doing Cambridge). Anyway both are a vlcd and I think Cambridge is great if one wants to have the one to one support otherwise I must say I do like SnS as the meal replacements have "meals" ok so they are tiny.

Let us know if you are planning to have a diary, it can be very helpful.:) Wish you much success in your weightless journey!
