I try to avoid moving places while dieting however things come unplanned!
SO I am really worried that I will have to travel abroad to another country for 2 weeks in the middle of my diet
i am imagining it will be difficult to ignore and forget all the nice, lovely food dished around and just eat the bars and soups :sigh:
any experience or advice? I don't want to return from square 1
