September weight loss challange

I thought I would start this month challenge mainly to get myself back on track, I have been rather off the eating plan for a while now and must get myself sorted out before I do even more damage! I was at target now I am 18lbs over. Over the next 4 weeks I am hoping to lose 12lbs.

Day 1 went off smoothly, kept to the food plan ended up 1109 calories under my daily allowance of 2359. Exercise added a good number of calories to my total allowance. I walked 4 miles in the morning and this evening a 5.3 mile run with my local club. Feeling great now and hoping for another good day tomorrow.
 
Day 2, another good day, kept to the food plan, went for a 8.6 mile hill walk which burned 998 calories, I was 689 calories under my allowance.:)
 
I start the second week with a 3lb weight loss, I'm really pleased with that, eating wise the week has been a little up and down. I am trying to cut out consuming so much artificial sweetener as I think it is up setting my digestive system and giving me sleepless nights, so far good results. I have been running about 4 times during the week doing about 4/5 miles each session, hard work but worth it. Hoping for another 3 off this coming week!

Although I wasn't able to weigh last week my weight this week has dropped 4 lbs over the fortnight, that makes it 7lbs so far this month. I've really been working hard on this, clocking up the miles running and concentrating on my hill work, I shall be running a fast 5k on Saturday and a steady 7 miles on Sunday, so hoping for a good coming week.
