100 days of exercise!

Hi,

I love a good challenge so have decided my latest goal is to do 100 days of exercise - anything goes - gym, swim, walking, workout dvd's - whatever I can manage - I am aiming for a minimum of 30 minutes every day for 100 days - Some days will just be a walk to give my body time to recover!

Is anyone with me??!!

Day 1 completed today - 40 minutes Insanity workout :D:D
 
day 2 - 40 minutes of insanity

day 3 - 35 minute yoga dvd.... gym tomorrow :)
 
Love the idea of this, had a small op last week but hoping to be able to exercise as of Sunday and will plan to start then!
 
day 4 - went to the gym, 30 minutes on the treadmill, 25 minutes on the cross trainer and then a 10 minute cool down on the bike :)
 
day 5- early morning gym today. ..30 minutes on the treadmill, 25 minutes on the cross trainer and then a 10 minute cool down on the bike :)

plus got to do my cleaning today which should burn a few more calories!
 
day 6 - managed to get to the gym again today so another 30 minutes on the treadmill and 25 minutes on the cross trainer :)
 
day 7 - a 30 minute walk today. ... tired, freezing cold and grumpy! All I wanted to do was curl up on the sofa! !!
 
day 9 - 30 minutes on the treadmill and 25 minutes on the cross trainer then a 10 minute cool down on the bike
 
day 11 - fasting today so just a 30 minute walk
 
day 13 - 30 day shred, 1 hour on the treadmill, 25 minutes on the cross trainer and then a 10 minute cool down on the bike! !

day 14 - fasting today so trying to avoid anything too strenuous. ... walk 1 hour
 
day 15 - 30 minutes on the treadmill, 25 minutes on the cross trainer and then a 10 minute cool down on the bike
