Awww you've done great, update your stats hun so we can see it there too. I went looking and it still says you 11st. Love the avatar pic with the cute little girl.

Could you put your height in your stats too seriously I'd love to know your BMI, you don't look like you need to lose anymore x

Hi! I'm 5ft 5

BMI = 23.80 kg/m2 (Normal)
normal BMI range: 18.5 - 25 kg/m2
normal weight range for the height: 111.2 - 150.2 lbs

I'm 143lbs x

Hi all!

I'm now 9stone 7! I had a month off dukan because I kept getting ill but ok back now. Didnt gain but I did eat very sensibly.

Want to reach my true weight by Xmas only 13lbs to go!
