Right here goes. Back again. Argh, why do I keep doing this to myself!
In back up to 189lbs again with a goal of 149! Time to get this weight shifted for good!
 
Hello and welcome. You've done well to lose so much weight already. How are you finding the diet? I'm on day 2 today x
 
I've done exante before and I know it works for me. Just gotta get these horrid 5 days out the way first. I only like the bars and shakes so have a bumper pack of them to keep me going!!
How's your first 2 days been? :)

Hi Nat, I'm another re-starter! Lost all the weight the first time round a few years ago, then put it all back on (and more [sad]) - been back a week now and relieved it works!
Good luck with this week, always the worst bit!
 
Thanks ladies! I know I can do it and know it works so just gotta stick with it now!
Day 2 and I'm feeling ok! The constant weeing has started already. Yay!!

I've made it to day 3 with no hiccups! Had a banana shake today and 2 litres of water. Killer headache has set it but I'm embracing it as a sign ketosis is on the way. Luckily I have a day off today so can just relax and take it easy.
I'm supposed to be going out tonight, my boyfriends band is playing a show and it will be a late one but I don't think I can face it with a head like this. Hopefully he will understand.
He doesn't believe in diets and lives off pizza, burger and chips, and has gained about 2 stone since we got together. But he's not at all bothered by it and says ' I'll just buy bigger jeans'
I never want to buy bigger jeans ever ever again. I can't wait to fit back into all my size 10's!! :-D

So day 4 complete total solution. I've felt ok today. I little more lethargic than usual and I didn't manage to drink all my water but I count it as a positive as I managed to resist my biggest temptation as the boyf had KFC as I nibbled my red berry bar. He doesn't help with this diet malarkey!

Well done on reaching day 4 and resisting temptation.
It sucks when we see others enjoying some of our favourite things but at the same time, we know we'll enjoy them even more when we've reached the weight we want to be - in moderation! Lol :)

Day 5!! I've made it over the worst! I'm feeling good today. I'm working the next 5 days solid so good to keep me busy and away from the usual weekend temptations and indulgences! Plus the overtime money will buy me some lovely new dresses when I reach goal. Yay!! X
 
So here goes day 6 and my 12 hour shift at work. Feeling a bit hungry this morning but I'm hoping it's cos I haven't drunk much yet. Feeling fine otherwise. Can't wait to hop on those scales on Monday. In definitely feeling less bloated and like I've lost a few pounds!! Good motivation. :)
 
So I've made it through day 7. Today has been the toughest mentally but I've been total solution for the whole week. Really looking forward to my weigh in tomorrow!!

So day 11 and I'm feeling ok. I started back at the gym yesterday. Did 30 mins with some weights then had a half an hour swim. Thought I'd be ravenous after as swimming always makes me hungry but I was ok! Gotta tone up all my wobbly bits!!
