diet and exercise??

Hey, Just a little confused, i find mself with little energy at the moment just wondering how many of you exercise on a regular basis on the exante diet? :S thanks :) and if im not exercising will i still see results?
 
you'll always see results as your consuming such low calories

a workout will never do any harm at all, be it walking, jogging, cycling whatever it is do it, but on the flip side ensure you drink plenty water :)
 
I woke up today not feeling as bad but i ache :S and im still tired just a little less then i was yesterday and i've been suffering with stomach cramps.. will this subside soon? sorry for the questions but when does ketosis usually kick in?

Re exercise: i've found it totally fine, though sometimes if i go to the gym i've felt a bit lightheaded and had to stop earlier than i would have done before i started exante... I run a lot too which I've not had any issues with... agree with kenshin - just drink extra water on top of the recommended amount or youll dehydrate....

I wouldnt do excessive or very intense exercise though, as if you burn too many calories while on such a low cal diet you could end up with things like hair loss etc..

Ketosis is different for different people, it took me 3 or 4 days when I started originally, but I know other people it can take 2 weeks. I didnt find it had the benefit of getting rid of the hunger which some people get, so I think everyone is different.

The first week on a vcld I was really tired and crappy feeling, so if you've just started recently then don't worry it does pass. I find after a week I feel much more energetic..!
 
Best to wait a couple of weeks before you start any new exercise regime as you body needs to get used to running on ketones. Till then walking, gentle swimming etc is fine. After the first few days you should feel much more energetic so don't worry about feeling a bit lacklustre at the beginning - it passes :)
You will still lose weight without exercise but it does really help with toning up so will make your new, slimline body much better. And you will feel better for it too :)
