Just wondering...

I'm on my last week of Total Solutions and so far I have lost 1st 10lbs (in 5 weeks) and have decided to come off it early as I'm now in a healthy BMI range. I am planning on following the Lipotrim refeeding programme for 2 weeks and was wondering if anyone else had done this and how they got on.

I must admit I'm really looking forward to eating 'proper' food again. I've been torturing myself over the last 5 weeks watching cookery programmes (it got to the stage where I felt like I was watching porn, dribbling over everything they were cooking lol).
 
I did the liprotrim re-feed but just for one week and still lost a lb that week, it was great! I then started weightwatchers and haven't looked back.
