Hello everyone, managed to weigh today. Still swimming, weigh the same as November 2011, still seriously addicted to buying new clothes. Exante worked for me and over a year on I have kept it off. Blood pressure low, knees don't ache, energy in abundance, self esteem off the scale - so why didn't I do it years ago?

Good luck Exanters and those on VLCD. it's tough but worth every day of stress,

Fantastic!! Great to hear how well you have done and how much you are enjoying the new slim you!! I'm in month 5 of maintaining, I can't wait to post at 14 months!!

Well done you too. It shows it can be done and this is not a fad diet but an effective way to lose weight and keep it off.

Do you have any Before after pics? for the exante before/after forum? If you don't want you pics up you can do it without your face/from the back etc

That is so fantastic that you've maintained, a massive well done to you!

maintaining is something I've not mastered so I'm doing a lot of recipe searches for future meal ideas. would you be able to tell us your typical daily menu and any tips that has helped you?
