Forward planning

Hi all,

Ok so after a blip yesterday due to illness! I'm thinking ahead to maintaining.
I'm not far from personal goal but at present my bmi and weight are fine for my height.
I did Cambridge years ago (before child) and found my list of allowed food nice and easy to follow. I can't find an exante list from what I've seen its all calorie watching. Is there a list of foods to step up the plan????
I am looking at continuing another week on total then switching to the Cambridge 810 calories step but using exante products then stepping up to step 3 1000 calories after a week maybe 2. I will be going away to butlins 24th June so I'd like to be maintains by then but still feeling healthy and happy. Has anyone done this?

A few of you may know how terrified of actually eating again I am, this to me is going to be much harder than doing total as I can quite happily say no nothing but my pouches and be fine there. I just need a little guidance on food ideas and quantities I can have etc if anyone has any hints tips and recipes it would be gratefully received xxxxx

Hi Maria, I totally get the fear of starting to eat again. If you look on the FAQ on Exantes website you can find a list of example meals/menus to give you inspiration for the add-a-meal week, which increases your daily calories to 800 or 1000 depending on which plan you're changing to. I think the basis of it is to eat low cal and low carb meals, so just watch those two things on the nutritional labels. I've had a few meals on WS, and managed a lovely dinner plate still within the cals and carbs allowance. Basically it's lean meat, fish, eggs, green veggies, etc. You can have cheese but remember the cals from fat will add up quickly in that. Good luck :)
