Anyone in 14's wanting to get into the 13's?

I have made it into the 14's this week so my next goal is to get into the 13's.
Only 11lbs left in the 14's so I am going to give myself 4-5 weeks.
Would be great for others to join me xx

I got into the 14s last week (and then went to compete in the who-can-eat-the-most-carbs challenge), I really hope I'm still in the 14s :eek:

So YES I'm going to buddy up with you! My absolute best case scenario would be being in 13s by 5 July (going away for a weekend then). Doable?? xx

Got my wi tomorrow but have eaten this week mostly meat and salad though plus totm :( so we shall see.
And congrats on getting into the 14's xxxxx

Not holding up much hope for the mornings wi, in fact am dreading it and I still have 11 whole pounds before I reach the 13's.

Disastrous wi as I expected as sts and only lost .5 of an inch.
Still feeling pretty down bout it.
Realised I had eaten on 4 eves not 3 but stuck to meat and green salad/veg. But did make the mistake of only having 2 shakes and not the 3 plus food they recommend.
Oh and totm which has been very heavy this month to what I am normally.
Phah am wanting it to be next tue already!!

:( try not to be disheartened, we wouldn't be on this forum if we were all great at doing things perfectly all the time. I'm sure you will get there, put a pic of someone on the screen saver on your phone as thinspiration.

I've had a difficult day mentally. I can totally deal with hunger but can't deal with the products- I just can't bare them. I think I'm going to neck a shake for brekkie, have a half of a bar for lunch and a bar for dinner! :/ eeek xxx
 
Ah jilaboobthat must suck when u don't even like the products?
I quite like them so thats the easy part for me its the maintaining that i find difficult as never know what to cook! Xx
 
Right so I weighed in this morning, gained 5.5 lbs. It was to be expected. So I'm not even stopping to feel bad about it, I'm just getting on with things. I know I brought this upon myself and I fully expected a gain. At least I managed to stay in the 14st bracket by 0.2lbs so that means at least I can stay on the challenge here with you :cool:
My goal is still to scrape into the 13st range by 5 July. Doable? It'll be hard. But I'm really determined to give it my very best shot. :)
 
I will join u in this quest as I also want to be in the 13's for or in july.

Oh Nat that's great, it'll definitely give me more aim knowing you're attempting the same. I'm gonna up my exercise next week and hopefully that will make a difference. How are you doing at the moment? You feeling a bit better in yourself?

And bee not so great after clothes shopping today. Have gone down a dress size in too to a 16 but am a loose 18 on bottom but need to lose bit more to hit the 16 on bottom. Really need to do this for this wedding so I can hopefully find something to wear.
Hate clothes shopping!! Xx
 
Hey Nat, aw I understand how that is frustrating especially as you're heading for a big event. I'm finding myself in a bit of tough spot as my weight is just not moving at the moment. So annoying. But will just have to try and ignore the scales for now, try to not think about weight but treat it as a healthy diet. *sigh*
