How to have my carbonara?!?!

Quick and simple, I am about to have my first carbonara... any suggestions on how to enjoy it the most, adding anything etc?

Hi how was the carbonara?!

I hate it but found it a bit more bareable adding a nice amount of chilli flakes. And cooking longer than pkt says.

I love the carbonara and I dont add anything to it at all, I like it the way it is

Just dont follow the instructions on the pack to make it, look up the instructions on the Exante site as they've updated them.

Thank you for advising this... I really enjoyed the flavour of my first couple but couldn't get the pasta soft with the pack instructions. Now its yummy and I feel the same as hubby when he has a mug shot
