heating shakes? help? x

Hey guys,
Im starting TS tomorrow and thanks to some lovely people on here ive been given the idea of having warm shakes with coffee (vanilla & choc)
I know microwaving shakes kills the nutrients and what not (well it did on CD) but can you make them with boiling kettle water? Xxx

Yes Holly, you can make them with boiling water out of the kettle, I do and then blend the powder in a jug with a stick blender but you can use a shaker to blend it.
