Thought I'd start my own thread to keep me motivated.

Weeks 1-27 = 72lbs lost

Gained 26lbs :( Re-start 12st 10lbs

Week 1 = 9lbs - 12st 1lbs

Week 9 only 2 pounds again but I fell off the wagon at the weekend so pretty pleased with that I supposed. NO MORE CHEATING!!

It's going down too slowly, I really need to be 100%. I'm having at least a day off a week at the moment, don't know why I'm struggling :(
 
Hi Kerry, I'm new to Exante and have been browsing through other people's experiences. Sorry you're struggling just now but you've done really well. Good luck on your push to goal. We're the same height and I've set my goal as 11st but would really love to be 10st7lbs. Will see if that's feasible when I get to my first goal.
 
Hiya, 11st stone is my first goal too as it will bring me (and you) out of the 'overweight' category but set it as 10st 7lbs to give me a bit of a buffer zone. I started at about your start weight, lost about a 1.5st through calorie counting before Exante. Really wish I had started this plan this time last year. Good luck with your journey xx
 
I wish I'd kept the weight off and kept going until I got to goal the last time I did a VLCD in 2011 instead of piling it all back on again, and then some! I am really determined this time to reach goal and then NEVER, EVER, EVER allow myself to put it back on. A half stone buffer is a good idea. Acts like an early warning system. Good luck with the rest of your time on this.

It does slow down but as long as you're still losing you're going in the right direction!
