Well I'm starting this at week 5, as I only just found this forum...so glad I did:D

Week 5: -3 lbs

Weight: 11 st 5lbs

I've been much less than pefect. I've had a number of weeks off and cheat about every 3rd weekend haha but it goes to show that even if you struggle, stick at it and it will come off.

Weight: 11st 2lbs

next target is to get into the 10 stone bracket. That will feel amazing!
