What light exercise to do?

As I'm on TS plus I I know not to push the exercise thing too much in the first two weeks, but what do you all do? Is it walking, yoga, exercise bike?

I'm looking for ideas and successes to give me some ideas.
 
Walking is great exercise, and it's free ;)
 
Hello. I'm 60 and have started going to the gym for the first time in my life!! Lol. I found it quite nervewracking the first time but the lady doing the induction was brilliant. But I must say I prefer swimming. I've been swimming 4 or 5 times a week since November for at least an hour a session. I'm sure that it has been this that has helped me lose two inches off my waist.
 
I've been doing yoga, I was a bit worried it'd be too much (I never exercise) but I waited until my third week before I started, and so far it's been fine. Really enjoying it :)
 
Thanks everyone! I was thinking about exercise dvd's etc but then the dog always looks at me with his big brown eyes, so now the mornings are a bit lighter, I think I'm going to take him out for 45mins each morning.
 
That sounds like a plan, you and the dog win!
 
I always do 30 mins at the gym in the morning then a 15 min walk to work. Starting off the day with exercise really gives me a boost and allows me to be lazy in the evenings when I've been at work all day :)
