Are you supposed to use different products

Should try to only have 1 bar per day really as is higher in carbs but the rest should be fine to mix up or have 3 of each day x
 
Good to know Natalie thanks! It's early days for me but I'm struggling with the milkshakes. Once I'm more in the zone it won't be an issue. What do you usually have? x

I'm a bit boring really as tend to stick to what I know I like. So breakfast is generally porridge at around 12.30, lunch is either a toffee/raisin,choc orange bar or if I'm home a vanilla shake with coffee added at around 4ish and dinner is usually carbonara.
I have however just swapped some of my berry bars and am looking forward to trying blueberry pancakes and spag Bol.
I also have some strawberry and banana shakes as are ideal to have with shaker when out and about!
Like you said once you are in the zone it just becomes normal and luckily I love milkshakes and could just live off them. There nice hot too especially in winter.

I never have the shakes - they just don't feel like a meal to me.

I have porridge for breakfast - either a meal or a bar for lunch and a meal for dinner.
 
You can have whichever three packs you want, you can have three bars a day according to the website but you have to up your water intake.

When did they change that?
 
I wish I'd known before I ordered. Om nom nom nom! I love the bars.
 
The cereal bars (except the raspberry one) actually have lower carbs in them than the shakes when you check the packaging! I queried this with them some time ago so I am glad they have finally updated their website! Toffee bar 14.6g, Choc Orange 16.9, Choc Shake 20.9g (raspberry bar 22.3g!!) I frequently have more than one bar a day as they are convenient to carry around with you and require no prep! xx
