Hi there

Thinking of trying herbalife fir 7 days just to see how I get on, but slightly confusef after looking at the website!
What will I need to get started? X
 
Hiya :) u need to request contact from a distributor on the herbalife website and someone will contact u and ask for some details to do a wellness profile, and based on the results they will recommend what products to use. Mine recommended 2x Formula1 shakes with 1scoop of the protein powder mix (as Im over 12st), the thermo tea and multivitamins. U order from the person who contacts u and they are there for support for u too.

Thanks for your help ,i have just ordered the 3 day trial pack just to see how I get on, it comes with 2 sachets of shakes a day and thermo fat burner tablets :)
If I enjoy it I will contact a distributor! Sorry to ask so many questions but what do you eat on a typical day whilst on plan? X

All questions welcome! Iv been doing it for 5weeks so I still have questions myself! There are a few more knowledgable on here, 'fatmumof1' is brilliant for advice.

Thats great. I hope u get on ok :) u can add things to the shakes aswell. The sample pack is always vanilla, I ordered a big vanilla one for myself as I love it with coffee, soya milk and blended with ice, its like a vanilla frappucino! U can also add berries etc to them if u want.

Herbalife recommend to replace 2 meals a day with the shakes and the other meal should be protein based with a smaller amount of good carbs (eg brown rice/pasta, quinoa etc). Just a balanced healthy meal. U should snack between meals and it should be a protein snack or fruit.
Im a vegetarian, for eg my food for today is..

Breakfast: cookies and cream shake (this one is yummy if u have a sweet tooth as its got little crunchy biscuits in It) and 1 cup of herbalife thermo peach tea + 1xmultivit

Midmorning: banana and water

Lunch: handful of brown pasta, spinach, bean sprouts, avocado, chickpeas and a couple.small cubes of feta. Yogurt. Water

Snack: coffee and a high protein seed bar

Evening meal: 1xmultivit, vanilla shake and a cup of tea

Remember to drink lots of water. I aim for 7glasses excluding hot drinks and milk from shakes.

Drink and shrink :D

I got the strawberry and the cookies and cream formula, multi vitamins, fibre and herb tablets and I got some peanut protein bars aswel which are soo nice!
Iv just made my first cookies n cream shake up for breakfast tomorrow.. I hope its nice :)

For breakfast I had a cookies n cream shake on the train to work,
mid morning I had a peanut protein bar
Lunch was tuna salad with wholemeal pasta n extra light mayo
mid afternoon I had a muller light yoghurt and then for tea had a strawberry shake with blended frozen berries!

It is actually quite easy to stick to :) I had my breakfast shake at 0615 but found by about 8 I was really hungry so may try adding some fruit to keep me feeling a little fuller!
Cant wait for the first week weigh in now!

How long have u been on the plan clover and how much have u lost if you dont mind me asking?

Hiya sorry just seen this! Iv lost 11.5lb and just starting my 7th week. Iv had a couple of wobbly days though with a weekend away and meals out. On my work days struggle to kwep going until I get home bcos.I.do.long shifts, gona order the f1 bars to.have on the way home. The shakes really fill me up though. I have mine at 5.20am and It keeps me going til my 10.30am snack. Have u got the tea? Its fab.

Well done clover thats an amazing weight loss!
Just had my first weigh in and iv lost 4lb so im very happy :)!
Although went to check my measurements on my computer and I didn't saved them properly! so going to have to start them again :(
