Hiya, sorry didnt see ur new msg before! Iv been having tea and coffee but less than what I would before. Think the best is just to have water and herbalife thermo tea but I like my tea and coffee too much! How are you getting on with it?

How much tea should we drink in a day? I'm going to miss my coffee with creamer and hoping the tea gives me enough boost to avoid the caffeine withdrawal headaches.

Up to 2cups a day. The tea gives u a real boost its great. Good luck for ur first day xx
