The herbalife protein bars are really yummy, I have the citrus ones.

Fat free higher protein content natural yogurt (maybe with some blueberries)

Also fruit (banana, blueberries, satsumas, apple or mango usually)

Some have a white egg omelette

Greek yog & raspberries

1 tablespoon peanut butter & an apple

Small tina tuna in spring water with some cottage cheese

Hard boiled egg

Sardines, cooked mussles (no added sauce) prawns
