Hi started Slimmm meal replacement diet today any one with advice or success stories?

Hi All

I have started this diet today as I couldn't afford to do CD I have previously done Atkins and lost but put lbs back on need to lose 2.5 stone by August any help or advice recipes or anyone needing a buddy I'm new to this and not sure how it works lol good luck everyone I need it lol xx:):)

my diet so far:

Breakfast Summer Berries Shake
Snack Small Apple
Lunch Soup
Dinner Pork, Cauliflower, Broccoli and Carrots
AM TRYING TO KEEP CALORIE INTAKR TO MAX 820 TODAY WAS 824!!!

Breakfast Vanilla Bean Slimmm Shake
Snack - Small Apple
Lunch - Swis Choc Shake
Dinner Chicken Salad

Day 3
Breakfast - Vanilla Shake
Snack Small Apple
Lunch - Slimmm Soup
Dinner - Pork and Prawn Stir Fry

Day 4
Breakfast - Mint Choc Shake
Snack -
Lunch - 5 bean chilli
Dinner - Chic Shake

Day 5
Breakfast - Vanilla Bean Shake
Snack -Apple
Lunch - Mint Choc Shake
Snack Apple

Day 6
Breakfast - Berries Shake
Snack -
Lunch - Slimmm Soup
Snack - Small Apple
Dinner Haddock, Courgette, Carrot and Cauliflower

Day 7
Breakfast - Choc Shake
Dinner - Chinese chicken curry with egg fried rice and a BOTTLE of wine (oh dear it was my day off lol)

Total Weight loss 8lb this week and 3 cms off my waist WHOOP WHOOP!!!

Dinner Chicken Breast, Asparagus poached egg and 100g cottage cheese

Day 2
Breakfast Summer Berries Shake
Lunch Slimmm Soup
Snack Orange
Dinner Asparagus, Gammon, Cottage Cheese

Day 3
Breakfast Choc Mint Shake
Snack - Pear
Lunch - Tuna Steak, Lettuce, Cucumber, Tomatoes and Red Pepper
Snack - Apple
Dinner - Slimmm Soup
