Hello =)
Am new here though I think a few years I have looked around the site..
I've got 30 lbs to lose.. which is a lot, but I'm hoping to go at 2 lbs a week to keep it healthy. I'm sort of calorie counting, though not being very anal about it, just trying to watch what I eat and assure at least a small amount is burned everyday..

I find the best way to keep you motivated is to engross yourself in the diet, and joining a forum usually gives you that. So here's hoping it works.. because I've been failing a lot these past years :(

Small steps are your best choice. 2lbs/week combined with healthy choises is great. Just add a few simple workouts. You will also find great supportive people here. Good luck
