About to start my WW journey.........any advice for me?

Hi all, I am about to finally do something about my weight and will be joining WeightWatchers tomorrow. My reasons are that I want to be healthier, happier and more active. Two of my younger brothers are getting married, one this August and the other the following July. Weddings mean hen nights, skimpy costumes and my future sister in law has planned a spa weekend in June so that is my first target. At size 24 you wouldn't see me in a swimming costume for love nor money but I am feeling positive that I can reduce my size a fair bit by then.
Have you any tips or advice for me to help spur me on????

I lost 1.5 st pretty quickly with ww, and I found it quite easy too. I liked being able to still have wine & treats, I appreciated them more!

Tips... don't cheat! But eat all your points, don't be afraid of them!

Stay for the meetings, they're a great place to get tips, recipes & meet others going through the same thing.

Good luck! I'd also say weigh your food, I use normal scales, not ww ones, rather than judging it by eye. A lot of the time I get more than I think!

hi hun and good luck!
id say deffinately track track track! also plan ahead so u know if u have any spare points left for snacks in advance :)

Good luck, winebuff gave you the best advice, don't cheat, follow the diet and you can't fail to lose weight, write down everything you eat and drink and go to the weigh in every week it will work:)
